Bob Voyce

Bob Voyce is the Head of Service Delivery, Financial Crime, Europe at HSBC, overseeing financial crime threat mitigation service delivery and external engagement across 18 European markets. With experience managing large teams in various global and regional roles, Bob has focused on investigations, regulatory engagement, and building compliance frameworks during a six-year tenure at HSBC. Prior to this, Bob spent nearly three years at Barclays in the Physical Security team and accumulated 24 years in different roles within government, including significant positions at the Ministry of Defence and the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre. Bob holds a BA Hons in History from the University of Exeter.
