Bouchra B. is a Programme Manager for Strategic Change and Transformation at HSBC, where they are also a leadership member of the Women in Transformation initiative. Previously, they served as a Senior Associate in Strategy & Digital at PwC and held positions in change leadership and consulting at DXC Technology and Sopra Steria Consulting. Bouchra has a Master's degree in Projects and Business Management from IAE France and an MSc in Strategy Consulting & Change Management from ESCP Business School. They participated in an International Exchange Program in Management at Georgetown University.
