Brianne Weller

Brianne Weller is a forward-thinking business transformation leader with extensive experience in talent development, change management, and digital transformation. They served as a Human Resources Generalist at Contract Specialists, Inc. from 2005 to 2009, and later held roles at M&T Bank as a Training and Change Management Specialist from 2012 to 2018 and at Five Star Bank as Vice President, Organizational Development Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Brianne is the Global Procurement Implementation Lead at HSBC and continues to pursue graduate studies at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, while also holding a Bachelor of Arts from Buffalo State College and a Master of Science from Daemen College. Throughout their career, Brianne has focused on building sustainable programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and culture.
