Bruce Hill has extensive experience in project management and program leadership, primarily within HSBC from 2014 to 2019. In various roles, including Senior Project Manager and Global Program Manager, Bruce successfully led significant projects such as the migration of the John Lewis Credit Card platform and reduction of global contact center costs. Bruce demonstrated expertise in implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, enhancing process efficiencies, and managing multiple strategic initiatives, particularly within the retail banking and wealth management sectors. Moreover, Bruce possesses a background in performance arts from High Storrs School in Sheffield.
