Carine Arpa

Carine Arpa is currently the Head of Communications at HSBC Malta. Previously, they held various roles including Markets Manager at KPMG Malta from 2015 to 2018, and Information and Communication Officer at the European Commission Representation in Malta from 2009 to 2011. Carine also served as a Policy Coordinator at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2008 and worked as a research analyst for the Strategic Policy Secretariat at the Office of the Prime Minister from 2012 to 2013. Carine’s education includes a BA in Psychology and Communications, an MA in European Studies, and an MBA, all from the University of Malta and Henley Business School, which they are currently pursuing.
