Carlos Laboy

Carlos Laboy is currently the Managing Director at HSBC, overseeing Global Beverage Research and serving as a Latin America Food Analyst. Previously, Carlos founded Emana Partners, providing M&A financial advisory to Latin American beverage companies. They held significant roles as Co-Head of Equities and Director of Research at Brasil Plural and as Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where they led Global Beverage Research. Prior to HSBC, Carlos was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, focusing on Global Beverage and US Consumer Staples Research. Carlos is also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish at Rutgers University.
