Carlos Lay

Carlos Lay is an experienced working capital specialist with extensive expertise in working capital analysis and facility structuring across Asset Based Lending, Receivables Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Traditional Trade Finance products. They began their career at GE Capital, where they served in various roles, including Analyst and Business Analyst Manager, from 2005 to 2008. Most recently, Carlos worked at HSBC from 2017 to 2023 as a Senior Business Development Manager in Global Trade and Receivables Finance. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Deakin University, which they completed in 2002.
