Carmen Ng

Carmen Ng is a seasoned professional in fintech product management with a focus on merchant and user growth. Carmen began their career at Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, where they held several roles, including WeChat Business Supervisor, overseeing e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives. They then advanced to AlipayHK as a Merchant Growth Team Lead, developing strategies for digital wallet user engagement and managing key account relationships. Currently, Carmen serves as a Senior Product Manager at HSBC while pursuing a degree in Global Supply Chain Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
