Caroline Lan is currently the Senior Vice President of the Financial Institutions Group in Global Banking at HSBC, a role they began in 2022. Prior to this, Caroline held various leadership positions in FICC at Haitong International Securities Group Limited from 2015 to 2016, and worked as an Associate in International Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2013. They also gained experience as an Assistant Finance Manager at Procter & Gamble from 2007 to 2010. Caroline earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from National Taiwan University and participated in an exchange program in Economics at the University of Ottawa.
