Carolyn Pearson

Carolyn Pearson is the Associate Director of Data Privacy and Retention at HSBC, a position they have held since 2021. They previously served as the Operational Data Protection Officer at Atos from 2020 to 2021 and worked as an EU Privacy Law Consultant at Atos Consulting from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Carolyn spent over a decade in Information Governance at the Scottish Legal Aid Board from 2007 to 2018. Carolyn holds a BSc (Hons) in Quality Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Northumbria University.
