Cecil Leung

Cecil Leung is a legal professional with extensive experience in banking and corporate finance. Leung began a career as a Trainee Solicitor across major financial hubs including London, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and advanced to the role of Associate at Linklaters from September 2009 to April 2014. Following a brief tenure as a Secondee Legal Counsel at Barclays Corporate, Leung served as Senior Legal Counsel and subsequently Managing Associate General Counsel at HSBC from October 2014 to November 2021, overseeing ASP regional operations for global banking and corporate management.
