Cerian Morgan

Cerian Morgan is currently the Tech Sustainability Practice Lead at HSBC, where they focus on integrating net zero frameworks into technology processes. They have previously held various roles at HSBC, including Sustainability Transformation Manager and Global HR Business Advisory at Deutsche Bank. Cerian served as Chair of the CIPD Central London Branch from 2013 to 2015 and has a diverse background in HR management across several organizations. They hold an MA from London Metropolitan University and have completed a coaching diploma at Noble Manhattan Coaching, alongside degrees from the University of Cambridge and the University of York.
