Chalene Goy

Chalene Goy is currently the Country Head of Client Lifecycle Management at HSBC, where they lead the CLM team within HSBC Private Banking. Previously, Chalene held various leadership roles within HSBC, including EMEA Head of Business Management for Global Private Banking and Head of Business Management in the UK. Chalene's earlier experience includes working as an Analyst to the CEOs at HSBC Private Banking, where they implemented strategic initiatives. Chalene also served as a Business Risk Manager at Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, establishing a Business Risk & Control Management team. They hold a distinction in Private Client Investment Advice & Management from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
