Che-Ning Liu

Che-Ning Liu is an accomplished finance and legal professional, having served as Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from 1993 to 2009. Prior to this role, Che-Ning worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, specializing in corporate law from 1989 to 1993. Currently, Che-Ning holds the position of Vice Chair in Corporate and Institutional Banking at HSBC, a role they have maintained since 2009. Che-Ning earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard University and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Law with first-class honors from the University of Oxford.
