Chia Ann Lim

Chia Ann Lim is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law and legal advisory. Lim currently serves as a Legal Counsel at HSBC, specializing in global negotiations and payments solutions since September 2025. Previously, Lim held the position of Associate Counsel at American Express from June 2021 to September 2025. Professional experience also includes roles as a Legal Associate at Shearn Delamore & Co, focusing on corporate advisory and M&A transactions, and at Wong, Beh & Toh, where compliance with Malaysian Listing Requirements was a key responsibility.
