Chris Cook

Chris Cook is an experienced management professional in the telecommunications and banking sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. At Cable and Wireless Bermuda Ltd., Chris served as the Traffic & Management Information Manager, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive management information reports and negotiating agreements with international partners. Following a role at HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited as Management Information Manager, which involved managing payment product reports and NPS surveys, Chris advanced to various positions at HSBC, culminating as Head of Retail Credit Risk and Collections. Key contributions include the development of management information reports for card products, overseeing card fraud operations, and closing outstanding audit points. Chris holds a Higher National Diploma in Telecommunications from Cable and Wireless Telecommunications College, an Executive Diploma in Business Management from the University of the West Indies, and a qualification in Electronics from Bermuda College.
