Chris Lucas

Chris Lucas is a seasoned professional in risk and compliance, currently serving as the Global Risk and Compliance COO at HSBC. They previously held various roles, including Operational Risk at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management and a Lieutenant Colonel in the British Armed Forces, where they managed significant programmes like the military's support for the 2012 London Olympics. Chris also completed a secondment at Credit Suisse, focusing on cost reduction and revenue generation analysis. They hold an MBA from The Open University and completed a Post Graduate degree from RMAS, alongside a Board Directors Programme at Henley Business School.
