Chris Millage has over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as the Deputy Head of UK Commercial Brokerage at HSBC since May 2015. In this role, Chris has held various leadership positions, including Head of Digital Servicing for Business Banking Direct and Senior Manager for Business Banking Direct in the Midlands. Chris has a strong track record in managing teams, enhancing profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing a portfolio of 350 SME clients with borrowing facilities of up to £300k. Prior to HSBC, Chris worked at Lloyds Banking Group and Halifax in various customer-focused roles, demonstrating a commitment to compliance and high customer satisfaction throughout all career stages. Chris began a career in hospitality with The Lewis Partnership, progressing from a Glass Collector to a Bar Supervisor.
