Claudia Schaefer

Claudia Schaefer is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global banking and human resources. At HSBC from September 2019 to December 2022, Claudia served as HR Business Partner for Global Banking in Continental Europe and Head of HR for Italy and the Nordics, as well as Lead HR Consultant for the EMEA region. Prior to that, Claudia worked at Deutsche Bank SPA from August 1999 to November 2014, holding various roles including HR Business Partner and HR Advisor. Claudia's education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business from Coventry University and a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) in International Business Studies from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences.
