Colleen Dunn

Colleen Dunn has a diverse legal background, having gained extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. As a Litigation Paralegal at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Colleen assisted with litigation tasks, conducted case law research, and prepared documents for depositions and trials. In the Corporate and Securities Group as an Associate, Colleen advised clients on capital markets transactions, including public and private debt offerings. Colleen's experience also includes positions as a Legal Secondee at RBC Capital Markets and HSBC, a Summer Associate at Mayer Brown, and internships at the City of New York, JPMorgan Chase, and the United States Bankruptcy Court. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Business Management from Miami University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
