Colleen O'Neill is the Head of International Banking Center and Digital Onboarding at HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking. They previously held multiple leadership roles within HSBC, including Vice President and Senior Manager for Domestic Onboarding and People Experience, and Vice President and Manager for Premier Sales and Support, from 2014 to 2019. Colleen's earlier experience at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management included Vice President and Senior Manager positions in the Digital Contact Center, Streamlining, and Contact Center roles from 2015 to 2016. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Canisius College.
