Connie Mak is the Head of Client Services at HSBC Direct Custody in Hong Kong, where they oversee a portfolio of over 130 global clients and manage a team of Client Service Managers. With more than 25 years of experience in various roles, including leadership positions at BNP Paribas and JPMorgan Chase & Co., Connie excels in client relationship management and regulatory consultancy. Connie is recognized as a subject matter expert, driving industry thought leadership and successfully implementing regulatory changes. Currently pursuing a BSc (honors) in Economics with Law at the University of Plymouth, Connie is a motivated leader known for building long-term client relationships and delivering optimal solutions.
