Constance de Waziers is an experienced finance professional, currently serving as a Permanent member at the COF (Comité des Opérations Financières) for AMAFI since January 2019 and at the French bureau of AFME (Association for Financial Markets in Europe) since July 2024. With previous internships at Bulgari, HSBC in Equity Capital Markets, and Rothschild in M&A, Constance has developed a strong foundation in financial markets. Since 2010, Constance has excelled as an ECM Director at HSBC, advising clients on global financial and strategic issues in collaboration with various financing teams. Constance holds a Grande Ecole Master of Science in Strategic Management from HEC Paris, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
