Damien Le Ret

Damien Le Ret is currently the Head of Cross Currency and Discounting at HSBC, where they lead initiatives in foreign exchange markets. They previously held positions as a Cross Currency Trader and G10 STIR Trader at Barclays Investment Bank and Crédit Agricole CIB respectively. Damien began their career in derivatives trading in New York City and London, working with various institutions including Societe Generale CIB. They graduated Cum Laude from EDHEC Business School, earning a Master's degree in Risk in Finance and Management, and have significant experience in entrepreneurship through their role as Vice-President of the student association Total EDHEC Entreprendre.
