Dan Eleftheriou

Dan Eleftheriou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global People Capability Lead at HSBC since June 2023, Dan oversees Global Learning for over 80,000 colleagues in Wealth and Personal Banking. Prior to HSBC, Dan's roles at BT included COE Head of People Leader and Talent Learning, where leadership development for 14,000 leaders was emphasized, as well as roles such as COE Learning Partner and Head of Learning for Corporate Functions. Dan's career also includes significant contributions at O2, where a transformative Business Academy was developed, and previous leadership positions in organizations such as Bombay Bicycle Club and Thresher Group. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Kent.
