Dan Ray is the Global Head of Impairment Modelling and Methodology at HSBC, where they lead initiatives in risk modeling and methodology. They previously held various leadership roles at HSBC, including Head of WPB Economic Response & Climate Risk Modelling and Stress Testing, where they developed comprehensive risk frameworks. Prior to HSBC, Dan worked at Deloitte UK and Barclaycard, gaining extensive experience in credit strategy and risk advisory. Dan earned a 1st Class Honours degree in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the ICMA Centre, University of Reading.
