Daniel Leon is the Global Head of Solutions, Trading and Investment Technology at HSBC, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Daniel served as the Global Head of Trading, Treasury Management and Global Solutions at HSBC from 2020 to 2024, and held several key roles at AXA Investment Managers from 2019 to 2020, including Global Head of Trading, Security Financing and Derivatives, and CIO Investment Solutions. Daniel's earlier career includes leadership positions at BNP Paribas, where they were the Head of Solution Trading Group and Head of Structured Rates, and a role as a Quantitative Analyst/Structurer at Paribas from 1995 to 2000.
