Daniel Trueba

Daniel Trueba, CFA, is currently the VP of Institutional Sales at HSBC. They previously held significant roles, including Associate Director of Equity Strategy at Scotiabank and Deputy Director of Domestic Debt at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in Mexico. Daniel has also served as Head of Derivatives Desk at Banobras and has experience as a Derivatives & Structuring Analyst at Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal. They began their career as a Hedge Fund Trainee at GBM Grupo Bursatil Mexicano. Daniel is pursuing a degree in Math, Statistics & Computer Sciences at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, with a major in Finance, from Universidad Anahuac.
