Darshika Jayapala is a seasoned IT professional with over 16 years of experience in software quality assurance and specialized testing. Currently serving as Vice President of Markets & Securities Services at HSBC GSC, they focus on enhancing global test governance and driving innovation in testing methodologies. Throughout their career, Darshika has held various pivotal roles, including Manager of Quality Assurance at Zone24x7 and Fortude, where they led teams in optimizing QA strategies and processes. They hold a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology.
