Dave Jones

Dave Jones has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as Head of BPO Contract Management in Strategic Procurement Services at HSBC since June 2019. Prior to this role, Dave held positions at Aon as Programme Manager for EMEA Health and Benefits and at the Office of National Statistics as Portfolio Reporting and Assurance Lead. A significant part of Dave's career was spent at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where roles included Programme Manager, Project Director, and various management positions in operational transformation and sourcing. Earlier experience includes project management at Eagle Star. Dave holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Hull.
