Dave Kay

Dave Kay is a Risk Process and Transformation Leader with extensive experience in managing change initiatives within risk management. They began their career as a Business Analyst at LogicaCMG from 2001 to 2004 and later served as a Principal Consultant at Detica, focusing on change management across various sectors, including financial services and government. Between 2010 and 2012, they worked at Credit Suisse in multiple roles, ultimately becoming the Head of Counterparty Risk Change. Currently, Dave is the Head of Counterparty Credit Risk Transformation at HSBC, where they continue to impact risk management culture and capability. Dave holds a BSc in Computer Science from Loughborough University, obtained in 2001.
