David Beckett is currently the Head of Risk and Finance Governance at HSBC. They previously held various roles at HSBC, including Risk Governance Manager and Global Lead Investigator for Financial Crime Threat Mitigation. Prior to this, David worked as a Security Operations Centre Manager at PwC and served as a Special Assistant to the CEO at Arcanum Global. Their early career included roles as a Strategic Analyst and Network Security Analyst at the UK Ministry of Defence. David holds a BA hons in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
