Mr. David Dharma Thomas is the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at HSBC Indonesia, as well as the President Director and CEO of PT. HSBC Sekuritas Indonesia since January 2022. With a banking career spanning over three decades, Mr. Thomas previously served as a Senior Advisor for Lazada Indonesia and held senior roles at JP Morgan and other prominent financial institutions. Mr. Thomas began their career at Oppenheimer & Co. in New York and has developed deep expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, and various industry sectors. They graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Houston, Texas.
