David Ng

David Ng is currently the Chief Operating Officer at HSBC Taiwan, having previously served in various senior roles within the organization, including SVP Financial Crime Compliance and SVP Credit Policy and Risk. They were a Standing Member of the Inter-Bank Fraud Management Task Force from 1998 to 2000, and held multiple positions at Standard Chartered Bank, including Credit Risk Manager. As a Commissioner at the Bankers Association Republic of China from 2006 to 2015, they contributed to both the Credit Commission and the Inter-Bank Debt Relief Program Commission. David completed their education at National Cheng Kung University from 1992 to 1996.
