David O'Keefe

David O'Keefe is currently the Head of Custody Tax Services at HSBC, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, David was a Senior Tax Manager in HSBC Securities Services, beginning in 2016, and served as a Tax Research Manager at State Street from 2011 to 2016. David's career began at Lloyds TSB, where they were a Finance Manager from 1988 to 2001, and previously held the position of Manager in Tax Services at State Street from 2004 to 2011. David completed their education at George Heriot's School from 1981 to 1987.
