Deandra Forbes is the Coaching Manager for Wealth and Personal Banking at HSBC, responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Previously, Deandra worked as a Reservations Executive at Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, managing room inventory and reservations, and as an Executive for Meetings & Events at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. Deandra holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Suffolk, where they graduated with distinction, and completed high school at St. Bridgets Convent Colombo.
