Debayan Saha

Debayan Saha is currently the AVP- HR Transformation Consultant at HSBC, where they lead initiatives in human resources. They earned an MBA in HRM from the Xavier Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology. Previously, Debayan held various roles, including Associate Manager HR at GMR Group, where they completed an organizational restructure and developed leadership frameworks. They also contributed to human resources strategy and initiatives at EXL and have experience as a Technology and Technical Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions.
