They worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 1978 to 2013, ultimately serving as Head of Service Improvement Delivery & Lean, where they led initiatives to enhance customer service and reduce waste. Following their tenure at RBS, they held positions as Senior Lean Leader and Senior Subject Matter Expert at HSBC and engaged in various projects aimed at process re-engineering. Since retiring in 2020, Debbie is exploring part-time and voluntary roles.
