Deepak Das is currently the Best Practice & Operational Governance Lead at HSBC Security Services, where they drive change management initiatives and governance standards in collaboration with various stakeholders. They have a rich background in operational leadership, having previously served as Vice President Operations overseeing large teams in card fraud detection and banking operations at HSBC. Deepak also has experience in team leadership at Hewlett-Packard and Dell, where they developed training programs and process efficiency measures. They hold a B.Com in Commerce from Allahabad University and an ISC in Commerce from Boy's High School and College.
