Delia Verma

Delia Verma is an experienced professional in the insurance and workforce management sectors, with a career spanning over a decade. Beginning at Prudential Assurance as a Senior Manager in Insurance Operations from February 2007 to July 2009, Delia advanced to Associate Vice President of Workforce Management at Prudential, followed by a similar role at WNS Global Services from July 2011 to January 2014, where responsibilities included managing analytics and capacity planning for a large call center. From July 2009 to July 2011, Delia served as Senior Manager for Insurance Operations at Capita India Pvt Ltd, overseeing multi-site insurance accounts. Currently, Delia holds the position of Country Lead for CC Support at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management since January 2014.
