Diana Cesar

Diana Cesar serves as Vice Chairman for HSBC in Hong Kong since October 2025. In addition, Diana holds multiple significant roles including Justice of the Peace for the HKSAR Government and Board Member of The Community Chest of Hong Kong, where responsibilities include Chairing the Campaign Committee and membership on the Executive Committee. Diana is also Vice President of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers and a Council Member of the Treasury Markets Association. Other positions include membership in the Hong Kong Academy of Finance and the Financial Infrastructure and Market Development Subcommittee of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. From September 2021 to October 2025, Diana led as Executive Director and Chief Executive of Hang Seng Bank, while also holding the positions of Chairman of the Executive Committee and Non-executive Director at Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited and Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited.
