Diana Chen

Diana Chen is an experienced audit and regulatory supervision professional with a diverse background in the financial sector. Currently, Diana serves as an Audit Leader focusing on Capital Markets at HSBC since October 2025. Prior experience includes a role at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from August 2016 to September 2025, where Diana was noted for expertise in regulatory supervision and audit. Previous positions held include Experienced Audit & Risk Professional at Ridgewood Savings Bank, Chief Operating Officer for a London Based Private Equity firm managing a US$100 million fund in Asia, and various audit advisory roles at PwC, EY, and Deloitte. Diana holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, completed in 2014.
