Diana Offord

Diana Offord is the Managing Associate General Counsel at HSBC, where they currently head Legal Risk Management & Assurance for the U.K., Europe, Global Banking, and Markets, as well as Global Commercial Banking. They have extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a demonstrated history in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Legal Risk Management. Prior to their current role, Diana served as Regional Head of LRMA in Europe and held various senior legal positions within HSBC. They earned a BA in Law with European Studies and Spanish from the University of Sussex, followed by a Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP Law School, achieving distinction.
