DİDEM ÇERÇİ is the Vice Chair of HSBC Bank A.Ş. with extensive experience in the banking sector. DİDEM has served as an Independent Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at HSBC since 2021. Prior to this role, DİDEM held various positions including Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking at ING Bank Turkey and Board Member at Alternatif Bank, where they also served as Vice Chair and chaired several committees. DİDEM began their career at İktisat Bankası T.A.Ş. and has held leadership positions across multiple financial institutions, demonstrating a commitment to corporate governance and risk assessment.
