Dilip Singh Naruka

Dilip Singh Naruka is a cybersecurity and identity and access management (IAM) leader with over 16 years of experience in shaping secure identity solutions across cloud and enterprise environments. Currently serving as the Head of Access Management - Cloud at HSBC, Dilip leads the strategy for enterprise cloud IAM while focusing on security compliance and user experience. Previously, they held various roles at organizations such as Accenture and Deutsche Bank, where they specialized in IAM delivery and implementation. Dilip began their career as a System Administrator and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC).
