Divya Kumar

Divya Kumar possesses extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, having held various roles over a career spanning over two decades. Beginning as a Project Trainee at Network Programs from January 2003 to March 2004, Divya progressed to a Software Engineer position at Caritor from March 2004 to October 2004, followed by a role as a Senior Software Engineer at SAP Labs from November 2004 to February 2008. Divya then served as an IT Manager at Unilever from May 2008 to June 2014, before transitioning to a Coach Consultant at The Knowledge Academy from June 2015 to April 2019. Since then, Divya has worked as an Agile Coach at Deutsche Bank from May 2019 until June 2024 and is currently the Operations Model Design Lead at HSBC since August 2024.
