Edward Hui is the Managing Director and Head of Export Finance, Asia at HSBC, a position held since 2025. Previously, Edward gained extensive experience in export project and commodity finance at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2005 to 2009. Edward further honed expertise in structured trade and export finance during a decade at Deutsche Bank, culminating in the role of Regional Head of Structured Trade & Export Finance for the Asia Pacific. Edward holds a Master of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, both from The University of Hong Kong.
