Eileen Chee has a diverse professional background in banking and customer service, with significant experience in leadership roles. Beginning as an Assistant Manager at UOB from January 2005 to July 2008, Eileen then advanced to OCBC Bank, where roles included Premier Centre Manager, Branch Manager, and Head of Mortgage Services between June 2014 and November 2015. Currently, Eileen serves as VP of Customer Journey Design and Process at HSBC since April 2022.
