Ele Pilgrim is an experienced management consultant and change leader with over a decade of experience in designing and delivering innovative solutions for large enterprises. Ele has led programs to deliver AI solutions for financial crime, a global strategic workforce planning solution, and is currently working on the operational model for a flagship Sustainability Execution Programme at HSBC, where they serve as a Senior Business Consultant. Previously, Ele held a managerial role in Accenture's Finance and Risk practice, collaborating with Tier 1 financial institutions on various challenges. Ele also has a background in strategy internship at Element Six and holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Exeter.
