Ella Cotter

Ella Cotter is currently the Regional AML Oversight Compliance Manager at HSBC, where they oversee financial crime and regulatory compliance governance across the MENAT region. Previously, Ella held the position of UK Regulatory Compliance Manager at HSBC, managing relationships with regulators and implementing compliance policies. Ella's experience also includes roles at Selfridges in Marketing & Events and the BBC in the Vision Intake Pool. Ella earned a degree from the University of Birmingham and a Master's from the Birmingham Institute of Art and Design.
